Job Summary: United Solar Solutions is commuted to customer satisfaction and leaving an outstanding impression with every customer interaction. A Solar Sales Associate is expected to routinely and efficiently reach out to new leads that are generated through our marketing departments efforts, as well as sourcing leads through means of self-effort. A Sales Associate has great communication skills, organization skills, persuasion skills, with a focus on customer service. They are knowledgeable in the fundamentals of solar energy for both residential, commercial systems, off-grid system, battery backup systems, etc. A Solar Sales Associate at United Solar Solutions is goal-oriented, self-motivated, working well in team settings as well as independently.

Job Summary: The Crew Lead is responsible for creating a daily plan of action, setting timely project goals, maintaining the construction schedule, assigning tasks to crew members, job site safety, and quality assurance. The Crew Lead will collaborate with the project management teams to create construction schedules, assess job site logistics, and prepare job specific material shipments. The Crew Lead needs to have a deep understanding of company processes, exceptional organization skills, and be able to professionally represent the company to clients and the public. The most qualified crew leads can obtain the position of Senior Crew Lead.

Job Summary: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall health of the projects. The PM will design and engineer new solar systems, create accurate estimates, generate project specific budgets and schedules, manage client relationships, understand project logistics, schedule crews, permitting, utility interconnection, material procurement, and more. Overall, the PM should know the ins-and-outs of each project based on the project design, materials, client portfolio, and site logistics. The PM needs to be organized, efficient, ambitious, and professional. The most qualified Project Managers can obtain the title of Senior Project Manager.

We work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring all installations meet safety and quality standards. We install ground mounted, carport mounted, and roof mounted solar energy systems throughout the state of Virginia. Job title experience split into three levels (I – Entry Level, II – Intermediate, III – Advanced (Most Qualified)), there is room for advancement within this role.
